Clarington Fairway House is a full residential renovation overlooking the Wynstone golf course. The design focused on creating a calm, timeless interior rooted in natural materials, warm wood tones, and layered textures. The floor plan was reimagined to support modern family life, creating more intuitive flow between spaces and strengthening the home’s connection to the surrounding landscape while maintaining a sense of quiet refinement throughout.
